By signing up for a course or workshop, students who wish to attend classes at ImproVIBE automatically accept and agree to the following terms:

1. PAYING THE FEES

Fees for attending any workshop or course shall be paid in full as explained in the workshop or course description, before the end of the sign-up period. If the fees are not paid on time, ImproVIBE cannot guarantee possibility of attendance to the selected workshop or course. Exceptions are made only when the student has already made a special arrangement with the administration.

2. FEE RETURNS POLICY

ImproVIBE is able to refund any fees that were paid by the students upon their request, only in the case that this request has been submitted at least ten days prior to the workshop or course’s start date.

Fees that were paid for any special course or workshop that is outside ImproVIBE’s regular scheduling shall not be refunded.

– If, for any reason whatsoever, a workshop or course is cancelled and a new date is announced, fees will not be refunded.

– In case the student has paid the fees of any workshop or course, in part or in full, but has not been able to attend all classes, be it due to his fault or not, ImproVIBE will not refund any part of the fees. Also, it is not possible to keep those fees in credit for any future workshops or courses that the students may sign up for.

– Even if the students has not been able to attend all classes of any workshop or course he/she has signed up for, they are still obliged to pay for said workshop or course in full.

3. POSTPONED – CANCELED COURSES

ImproVIBE reserves the right to postpone or cancel any course or workshop, for any reason whatsoever, if it is deemed necessary. In such a case, ImproVIBE shall set and announce a new date and time for the class to be held.

4.MISSED CLASSES

If any class is cancelled by ImproVIBE or by one of the instructors, a new date and time for the class to be held will be announced promptly.

– In case a student missed a class, ImproVIBE is not obliged to provide the student with an alternative class. However, ImproVIBE always tries to offer such a possibility, should it be feasible.

5. ABSENCES

In case of absence or late arrival, the students must inform ImproVIBE.

During any six week course, up to two absences are allowed. Should a student be absent during three or more classes, although they will be allowed to attend remaining classes of that course, they shall not be allowed to progress to the next level of tuition. In order to progress, they will have to attend the same course from the beginning.

– Late arrival of more than one hour counts as an absence.

5. SPECIAL TERMS

ImproVIBE’s classes and events and often photographed and/or recorded. This material belongs to ImproVIBE and ImproVIBE has every right to use this material for their own purposes. By signing up to any course or workshop, students grant an irrevocable permission to ImproVIBE to use said material, for any purpose, regardless whether the students appears in this material or not.

– Should a student wish for the material they appear on to not be used on ImproVIBE’s promotional campaigns, they must explain it in writing to ImproVIBE’s administration desk before the course or workshop they have signed up for commences.

Order services and consumer protection

Ordering through the website is governed by law 2251/1994 and it's appropriate modifications. The ordering process is completed by filling in a special form and accepted the contract terms.
