Improv Comedy show with Shawn Kinley

Shawn will accompany Bus Kai at a unique Improv Comedy show that has never been performed and will never be repeated.

Improv comedy means there is no script, no predefined structure, no predetermined roles or characters, no predecided anything! The improvisers express themselves and react spontaneously based on the suggestions given to them by the audience. The entire play is created and performed right there and then on stage! The evening will begin with a show by the troupe Glikes Regges, which will be in Greek.

During the second part, Bus Kai and guest Shawn Kinley will perform a delightful improv comedy show that will combine both Greek and English in just the right amounts so that neither of them will be able to understand a thing!

Shawn Kinley has been performing and teaching for more than 30 years on every continent in 43 countries. A member of the Loose Moose Improvisation Company for over 25 years, Shawn leads workshops in improvisation, contact improvisation, mask work, mime, and other forms of theatre. His students have included professional actors, athletes, university students, business people, children and even the military. His performances have occurred in opera houses in Helsinki, in Taiwanese chicken markets (where he narrowly averted the biggest typhoon in Taiwan’s history), in coastal festivals of Canada, and in Californian cafes. Outside of the Loose Moose, he has worked in television, film, and circus as well as visual arts and writing.
