Terms of Use

By enrolling, students who wish to attend classes at the “ImproVIBE” School automatically accept and agree to the following terms:

  1. PAYMENT OF TUITION FEES
Tuition fees for attending any seminar or course must be paid as stated in the description of each seminar or course, and payment must be made before the start of the course. If tuition fees are not paid on time, the School does not guarantee the ability to attend the seminars. The only exception is when a specific arrangement has been made between the student and the administration.

  2. TUITION FEE POLICY
The School will refund the tuition fees paid for the student’s registration in any seminar or course only if the request is made at least ten days before the start of the classes.

Tuition fees paid for a student’s registration in a special or occasional workshop or seminar will not be refunded:

– If a seminar or workshop is canceled for any reason, tuition fees will not be refunded if a new date is set for the event.

– If the student pays part or all of the tuition fees but, due to their own fault, does not attend the classes, either in full or in part, there will be no possibility of a refund of the tuition fees already paid. Additionally, the payment cannot be credited toward the tuition fees of any future seminar or workshop if the same student registers again in the future.

– If the student is unable, due to their own fault or otherwise, to attend the seminar classes they are enrolled in, they are still obliged to pay the full tuition fee for that seminar.

  1. POSTPONEMENT – CANCELLATION OF SEMINARS
The School reserves the right to cancel or postpone any seminar or course for any reason, if it deems the event impossible to hold. If this occurs, a new time will be scheduled whenever it is deemed possible by the School.

  2. COVERING MISSED CLASSES
If a seminar or class is canceled due to the fault of the school or its instructor, a new date will be announced in a timely manner.

– If a student misses a class in the seminar they are enrolled in, the School is not obligated to offer a make-up date. However, the School does offer this option if conditions permit.

  1. ABSENCES
In case of absence or significant tardiness, students are required to inform the School.

For each 6-week seminar, up to 2 absences are allowed. Any student with 3 or more absences may continue attending the remaining classes of the seminar but will not be allowed to advance to the next level. To advance, the student must repeat the same seminar.

– Tardiness of more than one hour in any class counts as an absence.

  1. SPECIAL CONDITION
ImproVIBE seminars and performances are occasionally photographed and videotaped. This material is the intellectual property of the School, and the School reserves the right to use this material for promotional or commercial purposes. By enrolling in any seminar or class, students allow the use of this material, whether or not they are depicted in it, for the aforementioned purposes.
